Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with SnapLaunch.Studio. Here's our refund policy, written plainly.

Subscriptions

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, email us at billing@snaplaunch.studio and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Credit packs

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical errors on our side that prevented you from using the credits.

Technical issues

If a bug or outage on our end caused credits to be consumed without generating a usable output, we will restore those credits or issue a pro-rata refund.

How to request

Email billing@snaplaunch.studio with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day.
