Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect: your email address and name (via Clerk authentication), uploaded screenshots and generated assets, usage logs (which features you use, credit consumption), billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number), and optional analytics data (PostHog/Plausible).

2. How we use your data

Your uploaded screenshots are used only to generate your requested assets. We use aggregate usage data to improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your screenshots to train AI models.

3. Data storage

Uploaded screenshots and generated assets are stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2. Generated assets are retained for 90 days on all plans. You can delete any project and its files at any time. Raw screenshots are deleted 30 days after project deletion.

4. Third-party services

We use: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic Claude API (AI generation), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Resend (email), PostHog (optional analytics). Each has their own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of all data we hold about you, request deletion of your account and all associated data, or opt out of analytics. Contact privacy@snaplaunch.studio for any of these requests.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication session management. With your consent, we use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand product usage. You can opt out at any time.
